VistaBlue is a 19-story oceanfront condominium tower at 3730 N. Ocean Drive on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Florida. Developed by Third Palm Capital (now Dart Interests) and designed by Glidden-Spina + Partners, the building broke ground in 2015 and was completed in 2018, delivering 58 residences at four homes per floor.

I keep an eye on Singer Island's condo towers as part of my regular work along the coast, and VistaBlue is one of the newer, better-built options on the island. I will have more to share here once I have walked a home in person with a client.

Building & Amenities

VistaBlue was built with only four residences per floor, so every home is a corner home with wraparound terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass facing both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The building sits directly on the sand, with a 24-hour staffed gated entrance and on-site concierge.

Amenities include an elevated pool deck with a spa, cabanas, a bar, grilling stations, and fire pits overlooking the ocean. Inside, residents have access to a social lounge with private wine storage for each home, a state-of-the-art fitness center with separate men's and women's locker rooms and saunas, a theater or screening room, a business center, and a card room. Each residence includes two garage parking spaces.

Kitchens feature Miele appliances, Poggenpohl cabinetry, and quartz or Silestone countertops, with porcelain tile flooring and Kohler fixtures throughout.

HOA & Fees

Based on a review of recent active and closed listings, monthly HOA fees at VistaBlue generally run in the range of roughly $3,400 to $4,900, depending on residence size and floor. Fees cover building management, common areas, insurance, water, sewer, security, and the reserve fund. This is a general range from recent listings rather than a fixed figure, and I would confirm the exact number for any specific home with the association before writing an offer.

Real Estate

VistaBlue has 58 residences total, including two penthouse homes on the 19th floor with double master suites and over 6,200 square feet each. The building is essentially sold out, with resale activity making up nearly all current transactions. Floor plans run from roughly 2,686 to 6,423 square feet across three- and four-bedroom layouts. Current listings and recent closed sales at VistaBlue generally range from the mid $2 millions to just under $8 million for the largest penthouse homes, depending on size, floor, and view.

Location & Schools

Singer Island is a beach community at the northern end of Palm Beach County, connected to the mainland by the Blue Heron Bridge and bordered by John D. MacArthur Beach State Park to the north. VistaBlue sits within walking distance of Ocean Reef Park, a public beach with lifeguards and picnic areas. Palm Beach International Airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the Kravis Center and downtown West Palm Beach are a short drive across the bridge.

Students in the area are zoned for Lincoln Elementary School, John F. Kennedy Middle School, and William T. Dwyer High School, though families should confirm current zoning directly with the Palm Beach County School District, as attendance boundaries can shift.
