Trump National Golf Club Jupiter is a gated golf community spread across 285 acres in Jupiter, Florida, built around an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course. The community opened in 2002 and has been part of the Trump Golf portfolio since 2012. Real estate here includes 132 residences: custom estates, courtyard homes, golf villas, club homes, and a limited number of fractional-ownership residences, with club membership optional rather than required for homeowners.
This might be my favorite course I've played in Jupiter. That's not a line I use loosely, I've played most of the golf in this market, and Trump National holds its own against clubs with a much higher price of admission.
The golf course at Trump National Jupiter is an 18-hole, par-72 Jack Nicklaus Signature Design, playing up to 7,531 yards from the back tees with a slope of 148. The course has been Audubon International Certified since 2006. Golf Digest currently ranks it #27 among the Best Courses in Florida for 2025-26, and its course notes call the layout "underrated" and "spectacular," with tight, tree-lined fairways and subtly sloped greens that make careless approach shots pay a real price. Notable features include an island green and revetted bunkers. The course has also been recognized on the South Florida Business Journal's list of area golf courses, and the practice facility has ranked among the Golf Range Association of America's Top 50 for a private facility.
The 68,000 square foot clubhouse includes multiple dining rooms, a members' lounge, and a private dining room. Additional amenities include a 15,000 square foot Mediterranean-style spa, a resort-style pool complex with cabanas, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and overnight villa accommodations for members and guests. The club has received the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences' Five Star Diamond Award.
Club membership at Trump National Jupiter is optional for homeowners, not a requirement to buy. For those who do join, current membership offerings (effective May 2025) are: Full Golf Membership at $500,000 initiation and $35,000 in annual dues, Junior Golf Membership (under 40) at $175,000 initiation and $19,100 in annual dues, a 75-and-over Full Golf option at $175,000 initiation and $17,500 in annual dues, and Social/Spa Membership at $90,000 initiation and $10,500 in annual dues. All initiation fees and dues are non-refundable and subject to Florida's 7% state sales tax, and golf and social members carry a minimum annual food and beverage or spa spending requirement. Rather than a separate cart or trail fee, the club runs a caddie program. Members also gain reciprocal access to the other private clubs in the Trump Golf portfolio.
Trump National Jupiter includes 132 residences: 30 custom estates, 20 golf villas, 32 courtyard and club homes, and 50 fractional-ownership residences. Full-ownership homes currently range from roughly $3 million to $6,625,000, the community's record sale, closed in June 2026. Fractional ownership offers a lower-cost, seasonal path into the community, giving owners full use of a home and the club for a set period each year without full-time upkeep. Outside, non-member ownership is allowed, meaning you can buy real estate here without joining the club.
Trump National Jupiter sits off Ryder Cup Boulevard in Jupiter, close to Abacoa Town Center and roughly two miles from Jupiter Beach. Families here are typically zoned for Limestone Creek Elementary, Independence Middle School, and Jupiter Community High School, all part of the Palm Beach County School District.
Trump National Jupiter might be my favorite course I've played in this market. I work with buyers and sellers throughout Jupiter, including here, and I'm happy to talk through what ownership at this club actually looks like, from full estates to the fractional option, whenever you're ready.
