SeaGlass

SeaGlass is a boutique, 21-residence oceanfront condominium on Jupiter Island, developed by Fontainebleau Development in partnership with Perko Development Partners and designed by architect Robert M. Swedroe. It is the first new condominium built on Jupiter Island in nearly 20 years, on one of the last available oceanfront sites of its kind on the island.

The Building

SeaGlass broke ground in December 2020 and completed construction in November 2022. The 9-story building holds just 21 residences: full-floor and half-floor three- and four-bedroom corner homes plus two penthouses with private rooftop terraces, ranging up to roughly 5,300 square feet of living area. The entire building sold out for approximately $169 million. The site sits on a stretch of oceanfront flanked by preserved land on both sides, giving nearly every residence unobstructed views across the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Jupiter Inlet.

Residences

Interiors feature open floor plans, 10-foot ceilings, imported marble flooring, custom kitchen cabinetry with Miele appliances, stone countertops, and floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant windows leading to wraparound private terraces. Bathrooms include steam showers, and each residence is equipped with a keypad system controlling audio-visual, lighting, security, and drapery. The building's glass-forward exterior design keeps sightlines open from nearly every room.

Amenities

SeaGlass offers a gated, staffed entrance with valet service, air-conditioned garage parking, and 24-hour security. Residents have direct beach access along roughly 170 linear feet of private shoreline, an oceanfront infinity pool and whirlpool spa, a summer kitchen and firepit area, a fitness center, a yoga lawn, a dedicated dog park with a bathing station, storage lockers, a grand lobby, and a social club room. Full-time staff are on hand to assist with day-to-day and arrival needs.

Location

SeaGlass sits at 1500 South Beach Road on the same barrier island as the incorporated Town of Jupiter Island, though its mailing address falls under the Village of Tequesta (zip 33469), a common quirk of this stretch of Beach Road. The building is close to downtown Tequesta and Jupiter for dining and shopping, near Coral Cove Park, and within reach of the area's championship golf courses, tennis facilities, and equestrian venues.

Pricing & Fees

Because SeaGlass sold out in 2022, everything on the market today is resale. Recent activity shows a current asking price of $7,500,000 and a closed sale of $8,250,000 in June 2026, with the record sale at $12,500,000. Monthly HOA fees on recent listings have run between $6,442 and $7,200, reflecting the building's small scale, 21 owners sharing full-time staffing and oceanfront amenities. One resale is particularly well documented: a residence that closed at building completion in late 2022 resold within four months for a $4.5 million gain, a data point on how quickly early buyers built equity here.
