Mirasol is a guard-gated golf country club community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, built on more than 2,300 acres and organized into more than 20 distinct villages of single-family residences. The community is anchored by The Country Club at Mirasol, with two 18-hole championship golf courses, a resort-style Grand Clubhouse, and a full slate of racquet sports, fitness, and social amenities. Club membership is mandatory for homeowners and is tied to the home at the time of title transfer, with Golf, Sports, and Social membership tiers available depending on which membership category is attached to a given home.

Golf

Mirasol offers 36 holes of championship golf across two distinct courses. The Sunset Course, the community's original course, opened in 2001 and was designed by Arthur Hills. The Sunrise Course opened in 2003 and was designed by Tom Fazio. Both courses hosted the PGA Tour's Honda Classic in the early 2000s. The club has since committed to an extensive, multi-phase renovation program: Sunset is slated for a 2028 renovation by J. Drew Rogers, and Sunrise is slated for a renovation by Fazio Design, as part of Mirasol's broader master plan that also includes a new golf performance center and clubhouse-area expansion.

Clubhouse & Amenities

Mirasol's Grand Clubhouse anchors the community's social and dining life, with multiple dining venues, a spa and salon, and a fitness center. The club's Racquet Sports Center includes clay tennis courts and dedicated pickleball facilities, including a new indoor pickleball facility added as part of the club's recent capital improvement program. Additional amenities include an aquatics center, a dedicated Sports Complex, a resident dog park, complimentary valet, and 24-7 roving security and EMT service for the community. Mirasol has invested more than $80 million into clubhouse, golf, and amenity renovations in recent years as part of its ongoing master plan.

Membership

Membership at Mirasol is mandatory and is tied to the specific home being purchased. Verified accurate as of July 3, 2026: Golf Membership carries a total initiation fee of $300,000, with Annual Club Dues of $33,671. Sports Membership carries a total of $145,000 with Annual Club Dues of $18,544, and includes limited seasonal golf access. Social Membership carries a total of $115,000 with Annual Club Dues of $7,726, and does not include regular golf, tennis, or fitness access. Non-tenured members (those who took title on or after July 1, 2017) are eligible for an 80 percent refund of the equity portion of their membership fee upon resale, per the Mirasol Country Club Association bylaws. Outside or non-resident memberships are not offered. All membership categories include use of the clubhouse, dining venues, aquatics center, dog park, and Sports Complex.

Homes in Mirasol currently range from the high six-figures into the mid eight-figures, spanning condominiums, villas, and custom estate homes. The community is organized into more than 20 distinct villages, each with its own architectural character. Some villages sit directly on the golf courses, others front lakes or preserve areas, and a handful of estate-only villages near the Grand Clubhouse feature larger custom homes built in the 6,000 to 10,000 square foot range.

Mirasol is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, off Jog Road north of PGA Boulevard. Homes in Mirasol fall within the Palm Beach County School District and are zoned for Marsh Pointe Elementary School, Watson B. Duncan Middle School, and William T. Dwyer High School. The Benjamin School, a private PK3 through grade 12 institution with campuses in North Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, is also a well-regarded private option for families in the area.
