Jupiter Country Club is a guard-gated golf community in central Jupiter built by Toll Brothers between 2007 and 2019 around an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature golf course. The community includes 556 total homes, 405 single-family homes and 151 carriage-style condominiums, across several villages, organized around two clubhouses, resort-style pools, tennis, pickleball, and bocce. The golf course and club operations are owned and run by Invited (formerly ClubCorp), which acquired the club from Toll Brothers in 2019.

I help buyers sort through Jupiter's golf communities, and Jupiter Country Club comes up often for people who want newer construction and full-time amenities without the equity buy-in of a private member-owned club. If you are weighing this against other Jupiter clubs, I am happy to walk through the differences.

Golf

The centerpiece is an 18-hole course designed by Greg Norman, opened in 2007. It plays to a par of 72 with five sets of tees, ranging from roughly 5,300 yards to just over 7,200 yards from the back tees, with a course rating near 75.8 and a slope of 136. The layout winds through the community with lake and preserve views on most holes. Since 2019 the course and clubhouse have operated under Invited's "Invited Clubs" brand, which also gives members reciprocal access to other Invited-affiliated clubs around the country through the company's XLife program.

Membership

Golf and social membership at Jupiter Country Club is not tied to home ownership the way it is at some private equity clubs. Membership is sold and managed directly by Invited and includes Full Golf, Associate Golf, and Club (social) tiers. Full Golf members get the earliest tee time booking window and full access to golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, dining, and the fitness and swim facilities. Associate Golf members have the same amenity access with golf available after 12pm. Club membership includes tennis, pickleball, bocce, dining, fitness, and swim without golf privileges. Outside (non-resident) membership is available on a limited basis, with a waitlist for golf categories in some years. Full Golf initiation currently runs approximately $100,000 to $125,000, with Associate Golf around $65,000 and Club (social) around $20,000. Annual dues for Full Golf run around $22,500. Verified accurate as of July 4, 2026. Initiation fees and dues have both increased since Invited took over the club in 2019, so an older $35,000 figure that still circulates online reflects outdated pricing.

Real Estate

Jupiter Country Club has 556 total homes (405 single-family homes and 151 carriage-style condominium residences) spread across villages including Carina, Carmela, Elena, Rosalia, Sonata, Lunata, Carrara, and the Tresana condominium collection. Single-family homes generally run from about 2,000 to just under 5,800 square feet, with 2 to 6 bedrooms. Home prices currently range from roughly $875,000 for a Tresana condominium residence to around $4.3 million for a larger single-family estate home, with most single-family resales landing between $1.7 million and $3 million. A recent listing at 187 Elena Court sold in the low $4.3 million range, which sits above the typical range for the community and reflects a larger, more heavily upgraded home rather than the norm for Jupiter Country Club.

Location & Schools

Jupiter Country Club sits off Central Boulevard near Indiantown Road in central Jupiter, giving residents quick access to I-95, the Florida Turnpike, and both downtown Jupiter and Abacoa. The Atlantic Ocean and Jupiter's beaches are roughly a fifteen minute drive east. The community is zoned for Jerry Thomas Elementary School, Independence Middle School, and William T. Dwyer High School in the Palm Beach County school district. Families looking at private options nearby have The Benjamin School, Rosarian Academy, and Oxbridge Academy within a short drive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Jupiter Country Club a private club or a public golf community?

The golf course and clubhouse are privately operated by Invited (formerly ClubCorp), and playing golf requires a paid club membership. The residential community itself is a standard homeowners association, and buying a home does not automatically include a golf membership.

Who designed the golf course at Jupiter Country Club?

Greg Norman designed the 18-hole course, which opened in 2007 as part of Toll Brothers' original development of the community.

How many homes are in Jupiter Country Club?

The community has 556 total residences: 405 single-family homes and 151 carriage-style condominiums, spread across several villages including the Tresana section.

Do I have to join the club if I buy a home in Jupiter Country Club?

No. Club membership is optional and sold separately from the homeowners association. Many residents join for golf or social access, but it is not a mandatory condition of buying in the community.

What builder built Jupiter Country Club?

Toll Brothers developed the community between 2007 and 2019. Toll Brothers sold the golf course and clubhouse operations to ClubCorp, now known as Invited, in 2019. Toll Brothers no longer sells new construction in the community, and all homes are resales.

What price range are homes in Jupiter Country Club?
