Frenchmans Creek

Frenchmans Creek is a guard-gated golf and beach community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, spread across 700 acres with two 18-hole championship golf courses and a private beach club on Juno Beach. The community is limited to 606 residences, from townhomes to custom estates to waterfront properties, including 95 homes along the Intracoastal Waterway with deep-water docks. Equity club membership is required for every resident, and outside, non-resident members are not accepted. Homes typically range from the high six figures to several million dollars.

What sets Frenchmans Creek apart, in my experience, is the level of personal service. Staff will bring food and care from the clubhouse straight to a resident's front door, the kind of attention that turns a country club into an actual extension of home. I played a round there on a Friday morning in March, right in the middle of season: seventy-two degrees, a light breeze, a nine o'clock tee time. My foursome finished eighteen holes in two hours and fifteen minutes, and in that entire round we saw exactly three other people on the course: the three men I was playing with. That kind of pace and privacy on a Friday morning in high season is not something every club can boast.

Golf

Frenchmans Creek offers two 18-hole, par-72 championship courses. The North Course was designed by Jim Fazio and winds through pine and palm trees over rolling terrain, unusual for a South Florida layout. The South Course, designed by Robert Cupp, plays through lush, tree-lined fairways with strategically placed water on every hole. Members also have access to a bi-level driving range. A $10.48 million renovation of the practice facilities and driving range, along with a reimagined signature 9th hole on the South Course, broke ground in the summer of 2026 and is set for completion this fall, led by golf course architects Fry/Straka and NMP Golf Construction.

Clubhouse

Frenchmans Creek completed a new $74 million, 124,450 square foot clubhouse in 2026, designed by Peacock + Lewis. The clubhouse includes a grille room, a sports bar, a 19th-hole bar with indoor and covered outdoor seating, men's and women's card rooms and locker rooms, golf and tennis pro shops, a golf cart barn, and a Kids Creek Club for younger residents.

Membership

Membership at Frenchmans Creek is required for every homeowner in the community, and there is no non-resident membership option. The equity/initiation figure is $375,000, verified accurate as of July 3, 2026.

Amenities

Members have access to 26 Har-Tru and stadium tennis courts along with dedicated pickleball courts, a 24,000 square foot standalone fitness and spa facility open around the clock, and a private beach club on Juno Beach with a heated pool, a children's pool, and a private restaurant. Waterfront residents along the Intracoastal have priority access to boat and yacht slips at the neighboring Loggerhead Club and Marina.

Security

Frenchmans Creek is protected by a 24-hour manned gate along with active security patrols throughout the community.
