5000 North Ocean is a 19-story oceanfront condominium tower on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Florida, developed by Kolter Group and completed in 2019. The building holds just 48 residences across 340 feet of direct Atlantic oceanfront and roughly 4.5 acres of beachfront land.

Singer Island has a small handful of buildings where every residence gets a real ocean view and the building itself never feels crowded. 5000 North Ocean is one of them. I have not yet represented a buyer or seller here, so consider this page a factual starting point. I will add my own perspective as I work more listings in the building.

5000 North Ocean rises 19 stories on one of the widest private beach frontages on Singer Island. With only 48 residences in the entire tower, the building stays quiet and private, and every home has a private elevator entry.

Amenities include an oceanfront pool, a beachfront lounge area residents call the Oasis Beach Zone, a fitness center overlooking the water, a resident club room for entertaining, secured garage parking, and climate-controlled private storage. Entry is gated and guard-attended.

HOA & Fees

Monthly HOA fees at 5000 North Ocean generally run from around $1,000 to $1,800 or more, depending on residence size and floor plan, based on a review of recent active and closed listings. Fees cover building insurance, staffing, common area and beach maintenance, and other building operations. Buyers should confirm the current fee and reserve status for any specific residence directly through the condo association or their agent before making an offer.
