About Seth Mansfield

"What serves the best interest of my clients?" Palm Beach County luxury homes specialist Seth Mansfield approaches every new meeting and transaction with this simple, yet powerful question. Setting the right expectations to best serve his clients from the very beginning has led to success in the market, a growing client list and the ability to provide a seamless experience that delivers results.

Beginning his career right out of college, and fueled by his passion for fitness, Seth worked as a personal trainer for World Gym in the Metro Atlanta market. In March 2014, Seth moved to South Florida, settling in Palm Beach Gardens, and began coaching and managing a local Orangetheory Fitness studio, a job that he truly loved. During his time with Orangetheory, Seth became entrenched in the community and fell in love with the homes and the lifestyle that South Florida affords. As his love of the area grew, he knew that he wanted to help others achieve their goals and dreams of home ownership and earned his real estate license.

Today, Seth has been working with buyers, sellers and investors across South Florida’s residential real estate market for the past four years and specializes in the waterfront homes and coastal properties of Jupiter, Tequesta, and the Palm Beaches. His relentless pursuit of client satisfaction coupled with polished negotiating skills and a tenacious, yet easy-going personality has made Seth a rising star among South Florida real estate professionals and a favorite among his peers and clients.

Seth grew up in the suburbs south of Atlanta and attended Georgia State University, where he studied Accounting. Passionate about health and fitness, he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and in his down time, can be found golfing, relaxing or surfing at Juno Beach, or playing guitar and piano. A 2017 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Man of the Year candidate, Seth enjoys giving back to his community and remains involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society today, as well as Teach the Beach, a Jupiter nonprofit committed to preserving local oceans and environments.
